Service
VoxRiot is a multilingual AI debate platform. A user can choose multiple text-capable AI models, set a debate prompt, select rounds and language, and a separate judge model can summarize the winner.
AI responses can be incomplete, outdated, biased, or wrong. VoxRiot is for comparison, debate, entertainment, research, and public discussion. It is not legal, medical, financial, safety, tax, or professional advice.
Accounts, age, and security
- Users must provide accurate registration data and keep login credentials secure.
- Email verification can be required before account use.
- VoxRiot is not intended for children under 13. In countries with a higher digital-consent age, the user must meet that age or have valid parental or guardian consent.
- The user is responsible for activity performed through the account unless the account was used without authorization and the user notified VoxRiot promptly.
Tokens and paid use
Tokens are a prepaid platform balance used only inside VoxRiot to start and run AI debates. Tokens are not cryptocurrency, electronic money, a bank deposit, securities, or a general payment instrument.
Token pricing, packages, taxes, and checkout totals are shown before payment. VoxRiot may adjust future token prices, packages, multipliers, and model availability, but existing completed purchases are not changed retroactively.
User content and public debates
- Prompts, debate titles, public debate pages, comments, reactions, and reports are user content.
- Private debates are visible only to the account owner and authorized administrators needed for support, security, legal compliance, or abuse handling.
- Public debates can be viewed, shared, reacted to, reported, and indexed by search engines.
- Users must not submit confidential data, trade secrets, payment card data, passwords, sensitive personal data, or children's personal data into prompts or comments.
Moderation and suspension
VoxRiot may remove, hide, make private, restrict, or report content that appears illegal, abusive, infringing, unsafe, spam-like, manipulative, or harmful to the platform or other users.
Accounts can be restricted or suspended where VoxRiot reasonably believes there is fraud, payment abuse, repeated policy violation, legal risk, security risk, or harmful behavior.
Availability and AI providers
AI models are provided through third-party providers and routing services. Model names, regions, prices, speed, quality, and availability can change. Some models may fail, refuse a prompt, or be unavailable in a user region.
VoxRiot tries to test model availability by region before listing models, but no provider or model can be guaranteed at all times.
Mandatory rights
Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights, data protection rights, payment rights, or other rights that cannot legally be excluded in the user's country.
Hungarian law applies to the service to the extent permitted by law. Consumers may also rely on mandatory protections of their country of residence where applicable.
Promotional coupons and bonus tokens
- VoxRiot may issue promotional coupon codes that add bonus tokens to a verified user account without a separate payment.
- Coupons can have start dates, expiry dates, activation status, global usage limits, and one-use-per-account limits.
- Promotional and coupon tokens are usable only inside VoxRiot, have no cash value, are not withdrawable, and cannot be sold, transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for money.
- VoxRiot may disable a coupon, refuse redemption, remove promotional tokens, or restrict an account where it reasonably believes there is coupon abuse, duplicate-account abuse, automation, resale, fraud, or a technical error.
